Maxim Strizek

I provide urban planning services across the public and private sector in WA.

My role includes managing projects and ensuring clients achieve strong outcomes within the planning system. I work with landowners, companies and local governments, supporting proposals that balance community needs with regulatory requirements.

I am particularly interested in strategic planning and enjoy working closely with clients to develop well-rounded proposals that are both sustainable and practical to implement.

For me, the most rewarding part of planning is working alongside clients to navigate the planning system and turn their ideas into outcomes that councils and communities can support.

I have been working as a planner for over two and a half years, and I am currently completing a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning at the University of New England. I am on track to graduate in September 2025.

Outside work, I spend as much time outdoors as possible. I enjoy mountain biking in the Kalamunda hills and I’m also a passionate supporter of the Penrith Panthers (NRL). If you’d like support with your planning project, please get in touch.
