Land Insights comprises a small team of planning and environmental specialists with expertise in related fields. Our people are backed by decades of practical experience, working with clients across a range of sectors.

Since 2002, we have built a strong and close-knit team of specialist partners, who enjoy taking on the challenges presented by different projects.

I work in the urban design and planning industry, with clients across all levels of Government, and the private sector.

Sharee Rasmussen

I am the Senior Environmental Planner at Land Insights, a team of planning and environmental specialists who deliver evidence-based solutions to clients in the government, mining, agriculture, tourism and renewables sectors in WA.

Michael Taylforth

I am the owner and principal of Land Insights, a close-knit team of planning and environmental specialists who work with clients in the government, mining, agriculture, tourism and renewables sectors.

Our people very much enjoy working with clients in regional areas of WA, and have completed many projects throughout the state. Most of our services are provided in-house, which means we are able to minimise costs, where possible, for our regional clients.
