Masonmill Café is a popular and unique tourist attraction in Kalamunda. The new owners of the site wanted to pursue its full potential and sought our assistance to obtain relevant approvals from the City of Kalamunda.
Land Insights worked closely with our client to progress a Local Planning Scheme Amendment to introduce a range of additional uses onto the site, and lodged Development Applications for the site upgrades. The site has now been fully redeveloped and comprises a range of tourist uses.
